NO 1. Superabrasive honing stones series

The material of superabrasive include two materials-Diamond and CBN. The Diamond/CBN honing stone are munufactured with high quality abrasive and metal powder from home and abroad, strictly abiding by ISO9001 quality management system. Advanced manufacture technology and formula system not only ensure high precision honing quality and production efficiency, but also effectively extend the service life of honing stone. With the characteristics of high strength and hardness, suitable for all non-carbide hard materials, Diamond honing stone can be widely used to hone glass, quartz, rigid alloy, cast iron, ceramic materials etc. While with the characteristics of high strength and hardness, suitable for all hard materials, CBN honing stone can be used to hone types of steel and alloys. Bigstars products of honing stone can be equipped to most of home and abroad honing machines. For example, Amarica SUNNEN, Germany GEHRING, NAGEL, Japan FUJI, CHISHIMA, TOYO, NISSIN, ect. NO 2. Superabrasive Grinding wheels series

The material of superabrasive include two materials-Diamond and CBN. Compared with the common grinding wheel, superabrasive grinding wheel has more superior performance in all respects-high strength, long life, sharp cutting, high grinding efficiency, good shape retention and high accuracy control, ect. As we all know, different wheels should be used in different workpiece materials and processing requirements. Diamond wheel, which is the most widely used, is the best abrasive tools for grinding carbide, optical glass, ceramics, gems and stone, high hardness brittle non-metallic materials. CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) wheel is the best abrasive tools for grinding hardened steel, high-speed tool steel, bearing steel, stainless steel, heat resistant steel, titanium alloys and high hardness toughness of metal materials. According to the custom′s requirements, Bigstars company can manufacture Diamond/CBN grinding wheel of different specification and type face. Our Diamond/CBN grinding wheel is dozens of times and even hundreds of times better than common grinding wheels in respects of long life, grinding efficiency and shape retention, ect.
